Interface Methodology
INTERFACE provides a comprehensive in-service training programme for VET teachers and tutors and in-company trainers comprising 2 distinct parts.

Part A of the training focuses on building the digital pedagogy of CVET tutors to work successfully in online environments and introducing constructivist approaches to teaching which are ideally suited to a WBL environment.

Part B focuses on models for the identification, recognition and communication of transversal skills within the workplace and labour market.
Furthermore, a compendium of interactive infographics is offered to foster transversal skill development in a self-directed learning setting.

All project results are available on the INTERFACE MOOC which is designed with the massively-open philosophy in mind for maximum access and sharing.
The INTERFACE Community of Practice is established to facilitate the exchange and networking of CVET professionals on national and transnational level.
